I know Ovie doesn't sign outside of official events; I was wondering if any of the Caps fans here know of any upcoming official events? Trying to get a piece of gear signed by him.

I would love to just get a pic with the guy, but the only time I watched him walk into the practice building with literally no one around but myself and another random guy, who was a seeker though, he did not stop by us both when we shouted his name at him, but we did get a smirk! lol

Does the NHL allow signing events? I would think all those things are not currently allowed under the COVID protocol?
