Has anyone else had issues with PondOfDreams? I was going to purchase two $200 items and a $50 item from them, but they refuse to respond to a single message, over the course of 2 months, both on and off SLS. None of their listings have descriptions and all of their pictures are blurry, so I have to ask questions. I was about to spend $450 with them and they've been ghosting me. I haven't done anything to them to warrant this.

By far the worst customer service I have encountered from any hockey seller. Fanelli, Thom, and TopFlightHockey all make me off-SLS deals and are easy to work with. Even the "so-so" sellers take five seconds to respond to inquiries.

It’s owned/run by 20 year olds who are too busy taking selfies to respond. As mentioned, they don’t disclose the condition of any item they list. You have to closely inspect the photos of everything because they don’t bother to put any sort of description. Cut loops, liners, any notable defects- nothing mentioned and often intentionally hidden in photos. And don’t even get me started on their prices…

I was interested in buying a goalie jersey and stick + soakers. I was asking 1. if the goalie jersey had any repairs/cuts/damage 2. for measurements of the stick paddle/shaft length 3. if the soakers had any rips/cuts. I didn't receive a response to a single one. I also asked them on Instagram to make a bundle deal off of SLS, which would save me money from fees and give them funds immediately instead of waiting for SLS, but they didn't respond to those messages either. What a joke.

If I could block sellers on SLS I would have already blocked them.

I get that they have a ton of gear to go through, but zero descriptions and terrible photos is not an excuse. They bought all the remaining Sharks gear from the 2025 sale and they have a few things that I would have liked to purchase. I'm not going to take a chance and receive not as described items, especially since they have thousands of feedback and SLS might rule in their favor.

Like someone mentioned before: they list stuff for sale and you either buy it or don't.

I bought home/away pairs of Fanatics pro stock Utah Mammoth socks from them and had no issues.  They even created a bundled listing so I wouldn't double pay for shipping.  The pics on those particular listings were clear, and the shipping was pretty fast.

I'm glad it worked out for you. I've purchased from them in the past with no issues, so I'm not sure why they're acting so strangely toward me now. Maybe someone else on this forum can contact them about the Sharks goalie jersey and see if they respond? https://sidelineswap...58g-jersey-used
