You can still order one pair of gloves through Warrior but there are some pretty hefty up charges. Not sure any of those options Twistoffate19 got are actually available through the retail customizer. Looks like he has a pro rep connection to be able to get one pair with those options.

kind of a Recent Pickup" but kind of not.

A few years ago I obtained a pair of hockey pants used in the movie “Miracle”. Eventually I had them turned into a shell. I’ve dropped about 50 pounds in the last year so now they don’t fit anymore. I was able to buy a smaller shell and Golden Gate Sharpening performed a “stripe transplant” for me. They did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier! Note: they discovered that the stars on the right stripe were built upside down. Check out the “before” picture on the bottom!

Been trying to track down a pair of Kraken gloves for a reasonable price that weren't destroyed. Finally found a pair. 

 

 

They were still a bit banged up, but overall the shells were clean. There was one small pin hole on the pinky I stitched up. Also removed the shot blockers as I'm not a fan. The CCM logo on the cuff and thumbs was half worn away and thankfully I was able to remove what was left on both sections which I think looks a lot cleaner overall. The team had a Yamamoto namebar sticker that was covering up Bellemare name screened on the cuff. I was able to get one namebar off cleanly, but the other left some residue. Tried VLR, acetone, and goof off super glue remover. Nothing seemed to make a dent with this last bit. Open to suggestions. Here are some before/after pics.

 

The left glove has a decent sized hole in the palm I stitched up, but these are going to ITR to be repalmed

I have some navy Padskinz I can send you to cover up the names. Otherwise, you can cut strips of tufftek from the removed shot blockers, attach double sided tape (I use carpet tape) and use those strips to cover the names.

I did think about using the shot blocker material, but had thought about using it to replace that entire section of the cuff. Applying with double sided tape does sound easier if it holds well enough. Thanks for the tip

Should have been more clear. VLR got rid of most everything else along with a lot of elbow grease and scraping. Oddly enough, I’ve tried to remove these same names and logos from other Jetspeed gloves in the past and nothing worked on them so in that regard I got lucky
