Hey guys I recently broke my total one within 10'days of buying it. It nearly snapped right in half but what happened was the ref threw the broke bottom of the stick in the other teams bench and it was either thrown out or disappeared. I have my receipt and most of the broken stick but the missing piece has the serial number on it. I guess I would be shit out of luck and would have been better just to throw that $200 in the toilet? I would assume I can't get a replacement anyone have idea/advice?

Anyone ever successful returning a stick that didnt have the serial number? What if it ever were to come off? Some of them are just stickers ...

The white sticker that comes off is supposed to go on your receipt.  The other serial number is permanent on the stick.

You usually need the sticker from the stick as well as receipt

Normally, you will need both pieces to make a claim and the receipt/sticker.

Give it a try, you never know.

Why didnt you search for it after your game?

Bauer doesn't even open the boxes most of the time on their stick returns. One of my buddies bought a pro stock totalone from cthockey's shop, broke it like 40 days later in a pondo game, sent it in and got an nxg back. Never hurts to try
