I am looking for the pants or shells with the stars down the leg.. i am a 32-33" waist so usually rock a M pant

just a heads up... only 2-3 players on the Caps wear a Medium pants

 

2nd, I've not seen anything available in terms of 3rd uniform/winter classic pants

 

...they keep most of the stuff year in and year out because it does not get worn down like the standard gear.

 

i saw baker has a size L shell on ebay so i was hoping there would be something smaller floating around haha.. i can crank a size L and definitely rock a shell if that is my only option, though!

You could always take a shell in a couple inches at the waist if it's too big. Just make sure whoever does it doesn't cut the fabric and you'll be fine.
