Bwhelan10 - I purchased skates from this user fair and square for asking price. https://sidelineswap...5-inline-skates. An hour later, they cancelled the order without a reason and immediately relisted and sold them for $700 more. https://sidelineswap...5-inline-skates
I reported the user to SLS, but they just gave the kid a warning and allowed the $800 sale to go through. They got more in fees, so why would they care?

I hate dishonest sellers!
ryanmarcel00 - Lied about shipping the gloves, then cancelled the order and told me "Canada Post wouldn't let me mail the gloves." If you changed your mind, just be upfront. I know I've had a few pairs that I regretted selling.
JakeBuck24 - Sent me "like new, only worn a few times" pair of gloves with multiple holes and an entire cuff coming unstitched. He positioned the gloves in the pictures so that the thumbs would cover the holes, which were all around the point fingers and inside the thumbs. When I filed a case, the seller denied everything, cussed at me, and accused me of making the holes. I won the case and sent the gloves back, then the seller re-listed them with "one small hole."

Tymic - This troglodyte bid my auction up past $40, then retracted his bid at the last moment and brought the auction back down to $5 saying "he got another pair and no longer needed these" despite having "DO NOT RETRACT BIDS* in the titles of all of my auctions and *DO NOT WITHDRAW YOUR BID FOR ANY REASON, EVEN IF BEING OUTBID!" in the description. This ruined my entire auction and forced me to cancel and relist as a buy it now listing. I cancelled my auctions and relisted them as a buy in now items because people are too incompetent to follow basic instructions. User was reported, but just got a useless warning from SLS.

SLS banned me from posting auctions because I removed too many of them and was "disappointing bidders." So...buyers can disappoint me by withdrawing their bids at any time for any reason, completely ruining my auction, but I have to commit to my auctions as a seller and take huge losses because bidders can't read? Like WheelSnipe said, it doesn't make any sense. I've had a few auctions sell for good prices and figured the "DO NOT WITHDRAW BIDS FOR ANY REASON" in the title and description would prevent such an action, but I guess not. Like Monty said: auctions are not ready for prime time until SLS can prevent buyers from retracting their bids.

Elowan - Worst user I've ever attempted to deal with on SLS. This user reached out to me regarding my "WANT TO BUY 13" Coyotes 2X Pro" listing and said he'd sell me the gloves. He told me he'd make a listing, then ignored all my messages and left me on read and stopped logging into SLS altogether. I really wanted these gloves to complete a 2X set. I'm actively trying to give you money, so why are you making it literally impossible to buy from you? I really wanted these gloves, so I even offered to make an offer on his current listing and have him send the gloves, but the messages and offers went ignored. Worst excuse for a "seller" I've ever dealt with. What the hell is wrong with people?
Edit 1: User responded after a week saying he'd still sell them. I told him I'd purchase immediately after making a listing, but was ghosted once again with no listing or pictures.
Edit 2: User once again responded saying he was "trying" to make a listing but couldn't figure it out, while having 4 other items listed.
Edit 3: User went AWOL again and stopped logging in for two weeks. I think it's just some stupid kid that has no idea what he's doing, but I'm disappointed whatever the reason may be.
Edit 4: User logged back in after two weeks, then randomly asked if I wanted to buy sticks that he listed. I never mentioned anything about sticks. Not one word about the gloves. This person is either extremely stupid or blatantly trolling me on purpose. They never logged in again after that.
Edit 5: User logged back in after two weeks and continued to make offers for sticks. This is deliberate trolling and user has been reported.
Edit 6: User logged back in after two more weeks just to say "No I am not selling you the gloves." Two months of waiting just for that. Biggest deadbeat non-seller on SLS.

I hate these users!
isaac483 - Favorites my listings, then immediately rejects any offer I send. A simple "no thanks" or ignoring my first offer would suffice. I don't favorite anything that I have no interest in buying.

Gleason295 on SLS
Registered less than a week, gets brand new MIC Easton gloves, wears them once and they “disinterested.” Of course SLS sided with him and no communication with me.
Of course they side with a brand new account over an established account with thousands of sales and positive feedback. SLS never ceases to blow my mind with their stupid decisions and disregard for their own site policies.

I'm not saying that that's your problem, just that the issue is a legitimate one. It's absurd that SLS sided with the buyer. This is an Easton issue, resellers should not be responsible to warranty manufacturer issues
