gloves etc. and why don't they get RBK Pro Stock Elbows and Shins?

Probably from Reebok.
I don't know. Maybe they were not offered those items.

I asked the same question when I was returning a pair of pants and the HM rep said Reebok/CCM clearing their factory inventory.

Retailers that get these pro return items from the manufacturer rarely get to pick and choose what they can get. The manufacturer will offer it up and you either take it all or nothing.
If your bag has wheels, you don't.

Exactly.
It was offer to them back in December by Reebok, you had to buy everything or nothing.

Directly from the rep. Because of the lockout reebok/ccm had all this gear stock piled that they needed to move so it was a one time deal offer to HM. Looked into trying to find something similar for my shop but it wasnt happening
