Its a 1 dressed as a 2 to test the lace pattern, comfort edge liner and maybe the interior liner.

Visnovsky was wearing these in April this year
could be custom, you can build these with the spec shee that I havet, just weird seeing them, most likely proto's
either way should will / be mine this week

I would think it's a mule until the official release of the APX2, hence the APX graphics package with the 2's features.
