What type of tacki mac and it looks like it was ripped apart on the stitching probably from the pressure and the movement of ur hands

Yep. Microvents are nice, but they like to blow apart out of nowhere on you.

Maybe most palms but if it did that to these in the first ten minutes then idk. I understand the logic and philosophy behind tacki Mac but it sounds as though it doesn't bode well with micro vent palms. Just stating an opinion man, no harm intended.

I have his coyotes gloves and they came ripped like this already, if you take a look at Michalek's tape jobs, you'll understand why yours ripped, they  were basically going to rip already, i'd suggest not using the big butt tacki mac but it wasnt your fault.

Grab a needle and string and get to work!

Are you going to deny?

But yea, Humberto nailed it. Not much you could have done. Now, needle and thread.

They are, on standard retail palms.

Performance palms do not have the same durability. Your gloves werent brand new either, so it was a matter of time before it happened.

I had a pair of his Pens gloves with microvent and they held up pretty nicely for me. I tried tacki mac for awhile and never liked them. Personally I don't see how they can bet better for palms.

:dunno:

I've found if you run a strip or two of electrical tape around the knob that the smooth texture prevents all sorts of wear. That's what I've been doing for the past year and all my palms look pretty darn clean.

That's a shame Max, I hate it for you. It sucks you aren't having a good experience with it.

I love the sand ones, never had an issue with them on palms.  The only issue i have had with Tacki macs however is the sand one wears out fast, i think less than a year and the entire part of the tacki mac that rubs on the part where my finger and thumb meet and now theres a huge  hole on there.  ON the tacki mac, the palms are fine on my gloves.

I've used tacki macs for the past 5 years. Never had a problem with wear on my palms. The difference between tape and tacki macs is that you don't get the adhesive coming through on your gloves and that has a lot to do with the wear and tear on the palms.
As far as digital palms go, I rotate my gloves enough to get them to last a long time. In the case of these palms, it looks like it split on the seam. So that's probably not wear as much as a "stuff happens" result. I had a pair of yellow mustang palms that split 2 minutes onto the ice. It was an obvious defect and Warrior replaced them for me. Of course those were on a pair of customs I purchased from them, not on a pair of used pro gloves. Sorry about the tear.
