Can you cut these Eastons down without affecting the flex? I know there are Warrior sticks that can be.

Prob depends on how much you are cutting off I imagine, 2-3 inches prob wouldn't effect it much

Easton measures their flex 3" in from the end of the stick. It goes back to the days when they use to have the 3" wood plug. They haven't changed it.
