Guys,
Recently bought a new pair of Graf 709s from Total Hockey in 9R to fix a fitting problem. While the 709s kind of fixed the problem (bony protrusion of ankles), they created a new one (foot swims in boot). I will put up pics tomorrow.
The skates were used no more than 6-8 times, baked + sharpened once in the pro shop, I knew pretty quickly that they were not the right skates for me.
These are the exact skates I bought:

These boots are made for someone large with a very thick foot. I'm 6'1/210, but the boot stil feels deep to me. If you have had success with any of the Bauer Nexus boots, you would likely love the Graf 709.
Total Hockey is willing to credit me purchase price ($479 + tax). However, if anyone here is looking for a pair, I will sell them on here at a signicant discount. I would rather have cash to invest in a pair of custom skates than store credit from Total Hockey, but by the same token, I could certainly use all of the return credit they are offering me.
I am going to ask for $340 shipped, but I will entertain any reasonable offer. Let me know ASAP. I plan to return them to Total Hockey within a week if there is no other interest.
Thanks,
Jack
