If they don't sign Vanek they need somebody that will fill the scoring part of the job. Who will that be? Farm? Hamilton has the worst offensive of the entire AHL. Chucky? Maybe. I wouldn't coun't on him doing miracles just yet.
Free agency? Moulson? Besides Vanek you won't see big names and the ones that will be available will cost Vanek's asking price. AND even IF you have the money to buy some big name you have to find somebody that actually WANTS to go to Montreal. There is a HUGE amount of pressure in Montreal you will have a hard time finding a city that is, media wise, crazy like them. Some don't want nothing to do with that.

Pacioretty had 39 this year. He could be that guy. Mind you a couple playoff goals would be nice haha. Even nicer if he could get them in the next couple games.

You are not going to get chirped from me that was probably the single worst game of round 2. Flat as hell and Chara looked slow as molasses. The first line needs to start putting the puck in the back of the net or even if they do advance they will get beat. I hope to see a strong game 7 from the entire team. The Canadiens played strong and boy do they block shots and clog the shooting lanes.

Great series and it was great to see them win in regulation. My heart already felt like it was going to burst through my chest when it was 2-1 in the third and the Bruins were pressing. I love game 7 OT games when anyone but my favourite team is playing - when the Habs are playing I want an easy regulation win (this was far from easy, but at least it was in regulation). GHG!!!
