Here is a couple of oldies for sale.

Bobby Hull, Northland Pro with the banana curve. The graphics date this one to mid 1960's where he a makita made the banana curve famous. $350.00

Bobby Orr, Victoriaville Pro Patern. This stick dates to Bobby's last days with the Chicago Blackhawks. $350.00

Both these sticks are is awesome shape and came from a long time collector in Chicago, in 30 years I have not seen sticks this old in this good of shape. No stress cracks, no warping, graphics are like the day they came out of the factory.

Any questions, ask away.

I'm just speaking from experience but your prices are a tad off in right field. These were mass produced sticks stamped for each respective player and sold in department stores in Canada and some US cities.

Unless you had authentication that they were used? (as they don't appear to be)

Moose, where do I say these are game used???  This is a forum for Pro Stock right!  The fact that there is no tape on them might be a giveaway.

Both these sticks are 100% pro stock from the 60's and 70 respectively, Hull stick has all the proper GUNZO's stamping and believe me the 3" Banana Curve was never a store model. As for the Orr, stick matches up to a number that have sold over the years. Again this pattern was NOT available in the store and the stick has the Vic pattern code stamped in the top of the knob.

As for my prices being "a tad off" since a game used Orr's sell for around 2000 I think 350.00 is OK

Ok. I know Bobby Hull gamers with documentation, non-milestone sticks are sold in the 500-600 range.

I have come across sticks like these and I wish you all the best in selling them.

I've consigned with classic auctions - you should put the sticks in the next auction. I'm sure they will gather all pertinent information.

Moose

Where do you get your info........... The last three Hull sticks that sold in auction (classic) were as follows 862.00, 1710.00 & 1044.00 Then you add the buyers fee of 19.5% (hobby standard) and you get the hammer price. As for Orr, the last three went for 2310.00, 5063.00 and 3461.00 + 19.5%

If you are talking a WHA Northland of Hull, maybe you find one for 600-800 but not a 60's stick. You say you have never seen un-used sticks from this era, really? there are a few out there they are just VERY rare hence 350.00 a stick.

Check out Classic Auctions, Game worn auctions, un-used sticks from the 60's and 70's are out there you just need to know where to look!

You're right. Items are worth exactly what they are sold for. Good luck with your sale

I'm curious which sticks were the last 3 sold by CA? Big difference between a game used non documented stick than a "milestone" stick.
I Andre or Mathieu can consign this stick for you I'm sure.

Moose, I don't know you from a hole in the ground and I am pretty sure you don't me. Funny you should say I should put them in Classic, I authenticate sticks and WHA shirts for Marc, Frank and Math.

These are the "first" pro stock sticks from this era?  Really a 2 second search tells me that the following "pro stock" or "game issued, non used" sticks have sold in the past year

-Gordie Howe Northland  425.00

-Bobby Orr Northland 360

-Ed Giacomin Northland 220

-Ken Dryden 480

-Ken Dryden 400

-Bobby Orr Team Canada 360

-Paul Henderson 160

Moose, you don't know what you are talking about!

Then you should have them consigned due to rarity! Curious as to why you would sell them here?

If I had the money I'd buy em.....  Saw sticks similar go for far more.  If there are sticks, and gloves for that matter going on here for almost this price, the rarity and Hall of Fame backing these come with are close in worth if not more to them.

They don't make these anymore plus what, Bobby Orr played like 10 game in Chicago???

plus unlike Kingfooj, more than my eyebrows raised when I saw these....just sayin'

Nice sticks man
