Let's see them. Keep leaning towards going full custom but keep running across good deals on pro stock skates. Could be a good thread for ideas on going custom or keeping track of pro stock specs.

No longer in these. Customs are a huge decision. If you are the guy with one95s wanting a new boot ok. If you are a person who loves switching to the latest greatest out do not! Unless you got te cash.
Bauer 7.0
One 9 liner
Apx outsole
Reinforced boot
Ls3 steel
Extended white felt tongue
Plastic pad insert in tongue
Size 9/4ea

I've been in my TO for almost four years now. My feet are done growing, I'm pretty stuck on my ways for what I like in skates. My biggest concern has always been with my left foot being half a size smaller and a bit more narrow than my right, an annoying issue I've dealt with for a long time. If I go custom I'd mainly be picking options to increase my skates longevity. Double stitching, reinforced eyelets, pretty much the usual stuff. Biggest concern is just getting the boot to fit my left foot properly.

I only paid $450. Price tag would prob cost 700-800 I'm guessing? I have been In over 10 diff skates in 5 yrs. I love trying new gear.

My guy quoted me $80-100 dollars over the price of the retail skate that I was looking at. When you're spending $700-$800 dollars for a nice skate what's another 100 dollars for the options you'd want and to make sure they fit correctly to your feet!?

that is a Clarino liner in the skates, to clarify. Those tongues look like standard one95 as well.

It's a custom built skate, not sure if any retailer would be able to offer it but if they did it's classified under the nexus 7000 V cut. I have a few other different things in this pair.
Size is 8 7/8 d/A
One95 balck felt tongues
Grip liners
Black eyelets
Ls3

agreed, e-pro, cxn, and most other brands are just hideous. T-blades definitely take the cake for ugliest holder, E-pro coming in a close second.

Looking for BIOSTEEL jersey made by UA or Adidas.

Looking for Bauer Pro defender elbows size Large

My thoughts exactly. I always encourage people to go custom if they are going to pay full retail prices. The most significant issue is getting a good fitting and understanding what options you want and why. I have had custom bauer skates since the vapor xx and won't ever go back.

Finally as an fyi the nexus v cut is available for retail custom orders. I'll be ordering them on my next build.

Always looking for 15" four roll/nexus gloves
