I ask this because at the retail level, some of their Crazy Light stuff is really crazy light- shoulders, elbows, pants. However, the CL gloves and shins are just at what is the standard weight.

So, are the CCM CL pro stock gloves, really crazy light, in comparison to the other standards of the pro stock market, in the tapered cuts (X:60s, Coverts, HSX, etc.)? Or, heavier, or the same?

The CL loves are light, but not lighter then other high end brands.

Or, if you're like me, you find them fairly uncomfortable....  because  what's "comfy" is a personal preference.

As for the question, any pro level glove that starts putting plastic into the glove as protection is going to start gaining weight.   I don't find Crazy Lights to be lighter at all, at least in the glove arena.   I do feel like their pants and other protective feels lighter.

The skates weren't the lightest either.

I agree.  The original U+ skates felt lighter than the CLs.
