The Semin is either a E28 or VERY, VERY, VERY similar to one:

The Semin shows slightly more heel face because the stick isn't directly in front of the camera but rather slightly off to the right; otherwise, it's a very close match:
Semim's curve is literally a giant hook compared to the E28, I've used E28 and P92 pretty much exclusively for the past couple years. They're similar but definitely not the same, like I mentioned earlier Semin's curve is a P92 tweaked into a banana, the blade shape and profile is the same as P92.
