When I worked at Pure Hockey, we picked items from the store to fulfill online orders. All you have to do is read the order, pick the item from the store's inventory, match the SKU/serial numbers, then pack it up. I always double-checked every package before taping it up.

Looks like they got mine & bluelinebully's orders mixed up. We are both going to mention this , when they reply to our return request's. Maybe they can do a drop ship thing , between us.

 

I had this happen once with PSH. they sent me and the other customer shipping labels and we just shipped to each other.

The same thing happened with my order, I got both color ways of sharks qres, they got one pair right but sent alphas for the other pair, I called them and they resolved it fast, got my gloves the next day. Maybe calling them is the play

Edit: They made it right and sent a return label, apologizing for the mix-up. The customer service from Shawn (the owner) was great.

How is the build quality on these PSH team stock QREs? Seems like these days Warrior pro stock ranges from feeling like cardboard (Alpha QX) to actually pretty decent.

IMO, they feel just as good as they always have and are consistent from pair to pair. Some of the newer pairs use a different, rougher tufftek material on the cuffs, but  they're all solid.
