Given how successful the fantasy hockey pool has gone, I was wondering if anyone was interested in a little playoff pool? Everyone throws in $10-$20 and we pick series winners and the number of games.

You score 1 point if you pick the correct winner of a series and 1 point if you pick the correct number of games in the series.  Whoever has the most points at the end of the playoffs wins the pot.

For example: If you pick Montreal in 6, but they win in 7, you get 1 point for picking Montreal.

Everyone would post their final predictions before each rounds starts in this theead and I'll keep track in an excel sheet.

Anyone interested?

It would depend on how many people and we can have a vote.Hopefully we can get at least 10 people

Im in for 10-20, whatever most people are comfotable with. Nhl.com has a bracket challenge http://bracketchalle...-reg-wap#/picks

Could make a private group then give ppl the group id and password once they pay. Just an idea and easy to keep track but whatever format works for most is fine with me.

I like bstevens idea. I'm in for $10-20 as well. Whatever the general concensus seems to be.

The thing with the nhl bracket challenge is that you have to predict every round from the start. I was thinking we do it before every round

Ok, makes more sense round by round in that case. I thought the NHL one had you re-pick each round.

What were u thinking ibeck. 1 point for the right team, 1 point for right numbers of games?

What if you pick the wrong team, do you still get 1 point if its the right number of games?

Yes 1 pt for team, 1 pt for number of games, simple enough?

Id say 2 pts for right team and 1 for number of games. I just feel you should get more points for picking the right team, then number of games is like a bonus point.
