Matching gussets are

And -1/4 too! Def one of the nicest pair of mitts i have right now. They do feel like 13 inch even if they were 14 to start with.

What's more durable... Stretch or mesh gussets?

Depends on the material and who did them. Mesh gussets are designed for airflow and having a 3D porous design. If you get a rip or tear in that, they are awkward to repair because the tension of the stitch to close the rip will pinch the material and make a tight spot. The stretch mesh is easier to repair and the stretch itself accommodates the repair stitch tightness better.

Overall durability if you are comparing both in my opinion goes to stretch mesh. It handles wear and tear from general usage better and can be fixed easier.

I talk to Pat the day before the lock down. He said that they will work on NHL stuff, but not customer glove because of the lock down. He will start working on customer stuff after the lock down and probably after the NHL season.

Thanks for this. I have a pair that I'd like to send for mods but I'll just keep using them until spring.

Anyone know what CPR's turnaround time is right now?

Anybody send in a pair recently?

I just sent mine in. Ken told me they plan to start working on non-pro work in May. The return time depends on how many non-pro gloves they have.

"What is your lowest/best price?" is NOT an offer.

The reply I got from Ken was similar. They're going to start customer gloves in May, but they still have a back log from before the season. He requested that I not send until early May to avoid having lots of customer gloves pile up in the shop

Debating about picking up a pair of gloves but before I do, does anyone know if CPR can remake the cuff rolls of Warrior gloves? Either embroidery or screen print

I think they will only do Warrior gloves as they don't have the other fonts, but I'm not 100% sure. Don't recall if they do embroidery or screen printing, but they do one of them from what I recall

Have had  many warrior cuff rolls done by CPR, only warrior , only  embroidery & don't think they do newer models , like QRL , QRE

They have done QRL. One thing to note is that they don't do the raised/3D embroidery unfortunately.

Thanks. So they do flat embroidery or what? No screening? Do they have the cuff material or is that something you have to provide?

Right, flat embroidery - no screen printing. They have material for the cuffs; you don’t need to provide it.

I like the flat embroidery much better than the raised.  Looks and feels better and doesn't produce loose threads.  They don't do screen print, at least the last time I checked years ago.
