Anybody is using CCM HG97 gloves?

How are they in terms of quality/protection compared to other CCM Pro gloves?

I can't get over the hideous stripe down the 4 rolls but apart from that I found them a hair roomier than my sty2's

Really like the fit on these gloves, but I'm usually pretty disappointed with CCM gloves in general for quality. Always felt cheap to me.

I am using these right now. Just like the retail 4r they fit about 1/2" size smaller. My one issue which isn't a big one is when I try to make a closed fist, my index finger comes down on the side of the gusset as opposed to the palm. When I'm playing it doesn't feel any different.

 

I don't really have any real complaints about them

Any real difference between a 97 and 96?

yes.. sadly 96 are much nicer fitting IMO especially at the cuff, but none the less I still love the 97
