Can anyone recommend a place for me to get a stick repaired?  I have a Warrior Covert DT1 that the blade broke on.  It's a big crack going up the face of the blade.  Hasn't snapped off on the back side yet, so it's still attached.   This is my favorite stick, and I'd love to get it repaired!!

I live in Massachusetts, and there's nothing locally that I can find...

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Quick update for everyone:

I shipped my Warrior Covert DT1 today to Thom at stickfixtexassouth.com

I'm really excited to see how it comes out.  I likely won't get it back until later next week, so I'll post impressions once I'm able to take some good, hard shots at my skate.

Here's a picture of the blade's current condition.  It's a major break/crack in the middle of the blade.  As you can see in the pictures, it does not break cleanly through to the back side of the blade.  It would easily snap off if I tried to bend it with my hands, though.

UPDATE

Looks

Got the stick back today.  Looks pretty good so far!  Aesthetically, the blade looks very close to what it did before it broke, which is impressive because it's a unique curve.  It's not a P92, and it's not a true Kreps.  Less overall curve than a Kreps or P92, but more toe kink than a Kreps.  Part of the reason I wanted it fixed.  It's a great curve.

The materials feel really solid and strong.  The quality of work is excellent.  It's not meant to look perfect, but it does look very well done.  I will say that the blade feels thicker than it did before, which, again, is not surprising because of the materials.  Thom at stick fix was also kind enough to throw some clear coat seal on a couple of small chips on the heel, which is much appreciated.  Their service overall is great and friendly.

Weight and Balance

I'm gonna be honest.  I can barely feel a difference.  The blade does feel a tad bit heavier, but it's barely noticeable.  Once I put a tacki mack on it, it will probably feel even less different.  The stick still feels very light.

Performance

Stay tuned!

Stick is repaired and getting shipped out today or tomorrow.  If I get it Saturday, I'll post impressions.  If not, it'll be here Monday and I'll get to use it Tuesday night.
