Forgive my ignorance, just looking for some clarification on how transactions work here.  Can anybody give me a heads up?

Mostly paypal, payment first, so you better add the 4% paypal fee. All in all good guys here, just have a look on the seller's feedback first...

You need to contact the seller directly and deal with him.

We recommend not sending money as gift.

Check out the users feedback prior to do finalize a transaction.

What does "bump" reference?

Since the forum is sorted by time of the last post, older threads without activity would get lost in later pages, a "bump" with a new post helps the seller bring the thread is back on the top of the forum.
