Calling all BC - lower mainland skaters/goalies or anyone on here willing to make the trek!
I'm considering renting ice at either Surrey Sport and Leisure (Fleetwood), North Surrey Arena, or GPF (Planet Ice Delta) on Feb 8th (BC family day) for any and all interested s2k members. Seeing as it's a stat holiday and ice is significantly cheaper until 4pm that day as it's not considered prime time, I figured I'd gauge interest.
GPF is the cheapest option and would cost $11/skater, Surrey Sport and Leisure/North Surrey Arena would cost $15/skater. GPF has a bar/restaurant upstairs so if anyone want's to eat/drink/talk gear, that would be the place to do it. Let me know asap if you're interested and I will book ice.

I'll look into Sportsplex. I felt going out to Langley may be pushing it for the Van/BBY/and beyond guys.

For the guys coming out from Van/Bby/NorthVan Sportsplex is actually easier to get to, being right off the freeway, for Fleetwood, it takes 20 mins once you get off the freeway at 152....

I'll keep my eyes peeled and if theres a weekend I'm in the area I'll definitely come out to a drop in session.

I looked into Sportsplex in Langley and a 3:15-4:45pm slot will run $150. So far that's the cheapest of the bunch. Any interest from those commuting from Van/Bby/beyond?
