Yes, this should be covered by warranty if it's within 30 days of date of purchase.

Just had a good experience with Warrior I broke a stick (widow savard curve) with 2 days left of my warranty and sent it back. Well I just got my new stick today was not thrilled when I opened it up and saw the Kremlin curve, I called them up and they said it was their fault and were sending me another stick with the right curve either Savard or Burrows and I could keep the stick they already sent me.

this happened to me during the bauer recall. I wanted a one95 they sent me a x60 and i called back and they told we they would send the one95 to me and let me keep the x60
