Hey Y'all.  Was thinking about grabbing one of the 9k girdles on PSH and wondering about the fit.  I wear an XL pant, so would I want an XL girdle?  I'm old, with a bit of a beer-league belly, so I wasn't sure if I would need to jump up a size since the fit is supposedly more snug.  Thanks in advance.

In my opinion they fit true to pant size, I’ve had both a medium and large at different stages of fatassery in my life.

Agree, true to size in pants. Only difference I've found is the diaper in the 9k. I had to go with a LG over a Med because my legs and backside are big. I've found that part of the girdle runs a little smaller. Nothing crazy though and I was able to adjust the leg guards to accommodate.
