I'd say 99% of the time I buy it to use it. At the sales though, different story unless I'm buying for other people. No one in their right mind would pass up a pair of new pro shins or elbows for $30-$50
NHL teams could care less that you want a pair of brand new Warrior Luxe/Franchise custom thumb loop super custom digi toilet paper soft palm with double added reinforced custom Warrior logo backhand padding gloves or a 17 flex double kreps curve upside down toe hook stick from your fav player/team. -Bakes

We all use it.believe it or not. If we were to collect this stuff we would be gettin stuff cheap! It's like 2 different prices from using and collecting. When hardcore collectors find this site they are to shit cause of the prices and buy everything then we will never see it again. Lol IMO that's just me.

I use all my gear, and once i see something that I would want more or feeling a change up I sell some of my stuff to help fund my newer purchases.

As much as I find it cool to have a wall of 10 pairs of gloves, I find it a waste of money to have all that capital tied up collecting dust-unless you can afford that, all the power to you

Definitely buy to use, my perfectly sized collection would be 4-6 pairs of gloves and 2-3 pairs of pants, rotating through gear as I went.
