I played semi pro and mens league football and we always had matching uniforms.

I play hockey again and we look like a shit show , jerseys dont match even.

Yup, I can't stand it when I see other teams all mismatched with different jerseys and socks etc etc. Maybe I'm a little OCD or whatever myself but I don't understand why people can't go through the simple task of buying matching shyt for their team, like they say on Monday Night Countdown.......C'Mon Man !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm all about matching. When putting together my old team I chose a jersey that would be good with black gloves, pants, and helmets. That's what pretty much everyone wears anyhow. Most guys just don't give two shits whether they match or not. They just wanna play hockey and they don't care how they look while they do it. And I've played with a lot of guys whose hockey budget is league fees and skate sharpenings and it would be impossible for them to be able to spend even $50 on a matching pair of gloves.

I totally understand that, some people need their moola for more important things and others simply can't afford it, but we've been together for 20 years give or take so to not have matching stuff by now is no excuse, at least IMO and the team leaders, and believe me, he's a nut when it comes to having matching gear.

Jersey's that go with Black helmets, gloves and pants are definitely the easiest and probably the cheapest way to go for sure. You have so many options that way.

I've never seen another place that converts back and forth from inline hockey to indoor soccer. Place my college's inline team used to practice at had the same setup... Rink was WAY too big for 4v4 inline hockey. But, still cool to see some place else doing that. No more inline for me though!

In the 4 years that the rink has been around they've never changed it to soccer. They weren't sure how popular hockey was going to be, so they did 4 soccer fields, and three rinks with one able to be switched to soccer. They've held Narch 3 times, so its fair to say that hockey has been quite successful for them.

It's unfortunate cause I HATE black. Lots of teams I sub for use black, I have 10+pairs of warriors, but all colored. I JUST got a pair of black Luxe, but I hate Luxe. So I'm forced to be one of the benders out there in black jersey with a blue helmet and blue gloves
Heck, when grammer and I subbed for a team, I was rocking New York Rangers gloves with the team's pens thirds set-up. ATROCIOUS haha
