Anyone here use a True AX9 or XC9 ACF? Found a couple pro stocks in 85 and 90 flex. I remember my 6.0 SBP playing softer than rated for sure and the blade was super pingy. Anyone have any insight so I can avoid a mistake if they’re crap?

I did not like the 6.0 either. I have 2 Kessel xc9s that I really like. So far they have been durable, more than the Alpha DX I snapped and actually like them better than the S19 I have. I like the overall feel.

I’ve been intrigued by the AX9 maybe because it’s so blingy haha

Trying to figure out how stiff or soft they play too since one of the twigs I’m looking at is a 90 flex which is more than I like usually

I had a few prostock ones and loved em, great pop on the shots and the build I had didn't have any issues with the blade being soft or spongy.

Always looking for Bauer NXG or MX3 gloves!

How about weight? I believe retail has 85 flex at 425 grams which seems steep for 2019.

Dont be fooled by the weight thing, stick is very balanced. It does not feel heavy at all.

Did you have durability issues with your DX?

I am sorry, QX. I didnt have it too long and it snapped at the hosel. The True has had alot better longevity. Bought a S19 dressed as a 1x lite but went back to the xc9. Just like it better

IMO the AX9 is their lightest most balanced stick to date. Feels great in your hands and the blade accepts the puck nicely. I believe the retail blades have a X Stiff construction. Their pro stocks have been coming in with a lot of nice options, curves, and flexes.
