Hey all, contemplating making the switch to a girdle. Looking at the Super Tacks and at about 5'7 and 155 wondering if anyone could recommend whether I should be looking for a small or medium? I currently have medium ST pants and a medium HP45 pair as well. Thanks for any help. Dave

They run small, so I'd definitely recommend the medium.

I actually switched directions and found a QRE Pro that I decided to go with. Thanks guys for the responses

You might want to wait for the new jetspeed girdle this summer. It has the same adjustability, tech and fit but is lighter

Thanks Fooj, I ended up with a QRE Pro instead. A little more simple but still pretty protective. If it doesnt work for me, it is the next size for my son who has the same one.
