NHL teams could care less that you want a pair of brand new Warrior Luxe/Franchise custom thumb loop super custom digi toilet paper soft palm with double added reinforced custom Warrior logo backhand padding gloves or a 17 flex double kreps curve upside down toe hook stick from your fav player/team. -Bakes

$20 a year seems pretty cheap to me! A friend of mine's dad was named assistant coach down there so I may try to score some stuff. His dad was the head coach for the Grand Rapids Griffins last year and I begged him for stuff but he never got around to it. Maybe I'll have better luck now
Actually it's going to be $12M per player, so that comes to $24M...that's ridiculous money

Isn't it only 15 mill per year on the cap?$20 a year combined or so will be paid to both Suter and Parise, that is crazy money.
That's some teams entire blue line.

not 100% sure, but they were overpaid regardless. I was hoping Bowman would get one of the two, but not for the money they were asking. Shit, it's making our defencemen awfully cheap now.

Yes, it's the average salary number that goes on for the cap. The players could essentially get $98 in their first season, then play the rest of the 12 years "for free" yet all 13 years the cap hit would be 7.5 mill.....I think they were both over paid as as well but thats free agent frenzy for ya!

my only gripe with these signings is that it increases the chance that Heatley will win The Cup. as a former Thrashers fan I want him to never win a damn thing.
As a current fan of people that don't murder their friends, I hope he doesn't win anything either.

Appears Semin is Pittsburgh bound.
Where did you see that? I can't find any news about it.
I think he'd be a solid fit there. One of the best wrist shots in the game. I can see Crawford and McGuire eating crow for their comments.
