Does anyone know the reasoning behind the ECHL using AK Jerseys?  Personally not a fan of AK Jerseys.  Will the NHL follow suit?  My team uses LUTCH but since the Russian invasion we are having issues.

Pricing and availability would be my guess. Maybe it’s becoming more difficult to get unis from adidas.

Has anyone seen an ECHL gamer since they switched to AK? Wondering if they updated the cut at all. My team used to use their jerseys which were the old boxy cut with billowing sleeves

That's exactly why I don't like them.  I also felt like the colors don't pop like other jerseys.

Those look nice fit-wise. Wonder when they’ll start releasing blanks at retail for that style. Never had an issue with colors and their air knit material is fine

I've always enjoyed the AK jerseys and socks I've used for beer league. They seemed to be very well-made, so I'm sure the pro level jerseys are really nice.

"What is your lowest/best price?" is NOT an offer.

20 years ago the AK jerseys were crap but they've gotten better over the years. I still prefer Kobe K3G for my beer league jerseys but my most recent team uses a colorway (Philly WC) that is almost impossible to find but AK has it.

always looking for non Reebok L & XL shells......

They are definitely nice unis in my experience, and I feel like being domestically made is the major selling factor.

AK is a good company and do offer some really nice uniforms, def a higher tier than the typical crap I see in beer league like mens league sweaters and Tron).  As far as the deal, it's business, AK probably had the best offer to ECHL, tat's how business works... the league doesn't care who makes them as long as they meet a certain quality criteria and the price is right.
