I like the Easton helmet look. It reminds me of Sonic the Hedgehog.

Byfuglien using a nexus vs pens
Buff has been bouncing around with his sticks, Warrior (2-piece), TRUE (month of Feb), Bauer since late Feb. Maybe he ran out of two-piece stuff?

But doesn't Warrior still make shafts? I think Bauer and Warrior are the only 2 companies still making standard-taper 2 pieces (True only has a tapered AFAIK).
Standard is just standard, not tapered. True made them as well as of 2016 (http://www.icewareho...age-TA6SSH.html). We'll see if they continue.

I know what a standard shaft is, and it's been called "standard taper" in the past. Thanks for the info on the True standard shaft though; HM only showed me the tapered version.
I'm sure it has, but that doesn't make it right. Something that tapers is something that gets skinnier towards one end, which a standard shaft doesn't do. So it's easy to see where the "standard-taper" reference just comes from someone who doesn't really know what the words mean. No reason to repeat the confusion in the future.
