Wouldn't surprise me if they want to get into the full complement of gear for a guy like Marner to show off, right now he's in a Warrior helmet and CCM pants. If they do pants and a helmet they would check all the boxes. Seems they've really put a lot into the hockey side of things the last few years so this seems like a relatively natural progression if they want to keep growing in the sport

They already offer shins and elbows as well too. Only problem is they only offer top of the line, no price point items that target the true hockey market. Top of the line gear is nice and all but not everyone is looking for a $200 pair of shoulders and shins.

Marner wears a 9k girdle with a CCM shell. I believe he’s been wearing the same setup since junior.

It could also potentially be that True has only paid licensing fees to the league for gloves, sticks and skates?

Yeah it looks legit. It was on reddit so I was suspicious that someone didn’t just photoshop it. Guess we will see if it’s TRUE or not 😂 looks interesting to say the least. Definitely probably want Marner and their other pros to have the full setup.

Why does Bauer continue to add the most hideous accents to all of their retail gloves? The 1X lites and the 2S gloves at the retail level could be alright and yet they butcher them with striping all over the glove

This has always bugged me.

Bauer should have kept the 2S logo in the same spot as the 1S gloves. Placement looks off

in the next calendar year I think the average time is a new model from any of the brands is coming out about once every 5 weeks when I was looking at how much stuff is on deck
