In all honesty he’s a pretty good dude and his new music is awesome. People get an old opinion and stick with it (ie - calling Crosby a cry baby still). He’s married now and is pretty chill, plus he loves hockey like we all do.

The crazy part is you probably wouldn't have to pay for most of it. Call an organization up and be like "i would like some of your gear". In a heartbeat they'd most likely send it to you cause it's free marketing if he gets seen wearing it.

For some reason I think I remember Bylsma using the Tri-Flex, and the odd blue sticks must be Oates Sher-Woods (?)

Correct on Bylsmas Tri Flex. The blue sticks are actually Kurt Sauer's Mission M-2 shafts lol

Easton made some hockey equipment that was really hit or miss over the years, but I have to admit, I really miss them. I'd swap out all of my modern sticks for Synergy SE16 Grips in a heartbeat.

Man I remember when those Synergy's came out. I was still in minor hockey and if someone came in the room with one of those it was like the coolest thing anyone had ever seen. How times have changed since then.
