Just got back from there at lunch...They have a ton more stuff than I saw on the weekend when I was there. Tons of gloves (a handful of franchises which I had a hard time resisting) lots of pants etc. I picked up a pair of 7K pro elbow pads that were in pretty nice condition for $34 (other elbow pads were pretty beat up) so it was worth the trip...

Interesting, poor Greg is positively running around the store getting stuff, taking pictures, answering emails etc. I don't think they were prepared for what was coming when word got out they had all this stuff. Great for them though, they should be able to move a ton of product...

Is this an indication of where all the Jets gear will end up at the end of the season?

They wanted $51 shipping cost for $50 worth of merchandise ... needless to say, no deal.

Depends what you get sent though... it costs me $50-$60 to ship a pair of pants from Canada to certain parts of the US sometimes.

If your bag has wheels, you don't.

I believe it is, the store has an arrangement with TNSE to buy all of their gear at the end of a season (or during I suppose), PIAGS has a ton of Moose stuff as well so I definitely think there will be some jets stuff there next year.

Good to hear! To bad there gloves are just plain navy. Maybe good for skates sticks and protective though.

Any one know what they were charging for skates?

He got back to my e-mail fairly quickly too. Seems like a good guy and good on him for making the sales, but the prices on sticks seem a bit high for prostocks.

He quoted me at $230 for the Eric Fehr APX, and $215 for the Lundin TotalOne, not including shipping.

1 pair of shin guards. Seemed pretty outrageous to me.

Prices to ship from Canada to the US are getting silly...I ship a fair amount of golf clubs across the border and it's north of $30 now to send one club. Play it Again is in a bind, they have to charge the customer what Canada Post is charging them and because they likely haven't done a lot of shipping in the past, they don't qualify for any volume discounts through Canada Post. It's too bad really but there is certainly nothing Play it Again can do, just a product of the bloated postal system in Canada...
