are most caps franchises advanced? My widemans are too and I've seen a few others that are too. is it kind of like how rangers EQM put on the extra pad, caps get advanced?

I think a lot of teams started using the Franchise Advance towards the end of last season. I've seen several Pens Franchise Advanced also.
