Can't figure out how to get smaller picture sizes then what are on my computer. Suggestions? New on here need help!

As far as pics go, dupes has a little tutorial about that on this site I think in the general questions section.

You can adjust the size of your file on any picture editing program, then you can load them onto a hosting site (like image shack) and post the direct link on here by using the picture linker just about this text box (two icons to the right of the smiley face).
