I'm gonna have to let someone else take the reins on this. Ibeck, if you're up for handling it, make it happen. I'm still up for coming, but work is too hectic right now for me to arrange money and dates and everything. I'm guessing the 2nd weekend works better. Maybe put a poll?

It's been 3 weeks since I've gotten the prices. I don't mind "taking over" this project but I won't be running around chasing people.

It's really simple if people want to play. Maybe we can get some sort of email thread going once we have everyone who wants to play, pick a date, make hotel bookings, ice bookings and maybe jerseys.

Maybe you can do a Paypal for deposits so you can get an actual idea of people that are truly in and you can hold the ice & hotels with it? I'm not in to going with the bum leg & all but I'd like to see it work for all you guys!!

The PayPal idea is excellent! If Bency is setting it up, just send him the money. Maybe just have a flat rate of like $50 each. Then if there are enough players that the cost would be reduced, the extra cash can be used for the all important team beers!!

Ok, I got the rates for the Bell complex which is crazy expensive :

close to 500$/hour Friday night .
375$ Saturday morning ,
400$ Sunday afternoon .

I knew it would be expensive, but I had to check...

So this is what I found at 4 Glaces Brossard

Friday night 11:30 120$ ,
Saturday afternoon 1pm OR 6pm 200$
Sunday 1pm OR 11pm 150$

So I'm thinking I book Friday night and Saturday at 1 and then for the 3rd one it's up to you guys. I will take a 10$ deposit for 1 session and 20$ for 2 and 30$ for 3

Let me know if you want to do it this way or if you have a better idea, I'd love to get at least 2 bookings before the week-end

I'm in for all of them. I'd even go twice Saturday, both 1 AND 6. So Friday night and twice saturday, and maybe sunday if people want. We can grab lunch around, then head back for another skate. Sports Station is close with lots of beer taps :O
