Anyone else in here find the prices for pant shells abit high? I mean a full pant of even the girdle should be in a high price if it is top of the line. Pant shells are pretty much just the cover. I guess the factor of being pro stock, but ppl are asking 100 and up for shells. Were hitting the glove and helmet and full pants price ranges. Even sticks.

I paid 120 shipped for my reebok 9k TBL 3RD shell, thought it was a good deal at the time for some reason

TBL stuff isn't easy to come by so I think you're spot on and got a good deal.
And Bakerbiy(T-Shirt Junkie) is a great dude. He will deal with a good offer. And to top it off hook you up if there's specific stuff youre looking for. Me I needed stuff that isn't easy to hunt down and he got it.

Yeah I agree about the rare shells and I paid over 100 for my Bauer Flyers WC ones. I think what I paid for them was well worth it and not something that is likely to be made again anytime soon.

I got them on ebay, the guy had 2 or 3 but only had one large others were medium they sold the same night i bought mine i was lucky to snag it

About the TBL shell, I got mine from the team and for the cost some of you guys paid for the one, i could have had about half my team in those shells. But there was only like 4 at gear sale. The problem with them was "quality control" the white bolt wasnt cut correctly. Mine is a little off but its ok. Knowing what i spent i think its CRAZY to spend 100 on just the shell when since you still need the padding. It made me sick the next morning after the sale that people who spent $75 bucks MAX for player gloves had them on ebay for $200-300 bucks.

Tying to find pics of the 3rd shell but I can only find the black shell with the lightning on the side... What does the 3rd look like ?

I believe thats what he is refering to. I personally HATE the blue pants.

The thirds are all blue with the lightning bolt on the side which is now just their main pant....the one before that "my favorite" is black pant with blue stripe, silver trim and a lightning bolt in the blue stripe... Then there is an older one which is ugly

Found these pics online ....when people say thirds gear it can get confusing for examle because some people still call isles royal and orange third jersey gear and navy their main set but its not its now their main set and the black shell is their 3rd jersey
