Originally started out as blank Centennial gloves (because I wanted CPR to embroider TAIWAN on the thumb without needing to stitch remove existing names). Cuff roll swap with Phoenix for the red/burgundy cuff roll. Then I found a pair of TML 15” Vapors, cut those up for the same thumb plate where Bauer does their player name embroidery, used a stitch remover on the existing name, had a local shop embroider the Olympic emblem, then sent everything off to CPR. Also, white thumb binding instead of the original navy.
Custom everything.

This was easy to come by, but it still fills a gap in my collection. Oh, and something that's needed for 2020.

Also found a legit Capitals helmet that wasn't $200+ (I've been looking for awhile) and retro Devils APX to fulfill my new obsession with Vapor gloves. Thanks for the mitts Soupy!

Nice touch on the accented palms for each glove colorway. Looks overkill on some styles but these are classy.

Thanks, both palms were thrashed when I got them so I had a fresh slate. I absolutely love the red suede palms, but I thought it would be too much on the red pair and that light gray nash would look better.

These are coming in tomorrow. I was going to go with fully Kovy palms and gussets on my Atlanta Franchises. At the last hour, I decided to go off the reservation.
Went with sport gold palms and gussets. The gold doesn't perfectly match the gold in the thumb badge and cuff logo, but it's a dead ringer for the gold in the Thrashers logo.
I'll compare it tomorrow with the practice jersey I have to confirm, but I think these are gonna look nice.
