Very smart. Really looks after his players. Great communicator. Knows how to manage everyone's different personalities. Knows how to get the most out of his players.

In Montreal, Trestman was loved by everyone, im sure hell do well in the NFL.

I think he has previous experience working with Cutler? Anyway Trestman will do an outstanding job turning around that sputtering offence in the chitown.

What about Chip Kelly to the Eagles! Watch boys next year! We can finally cheer for a winning team. I'll be curious if he keeps Vick. I think he may.
