How many inches tall are the numbers on the back of players' helmets?

Same goes for the team logos on the sides. How big are they?

I believe it's 1.5" for numbers. Logos are different because no team has the same logo size or shape.

Say for a team with circular logos, like Boston or Edmonton.

Can anyone else confirm the 1.5" numbers? I had heard it was 2". Never owned a pro stock helmet.

I've got 4 lids, three are 1.5" and the other is actually 1.25".

Any of them have logos that are relatively equal height and width?

Are you trying to make logos for a helmet using a pro template or what? It might be easier just to buy the logos and numbers for whatever team you're looking for.

The helmet logos vary, two are 2x2, one is 3.5w x 1.5t, another is 2.5w x 1.5

Well, it's for two reasons. I wanna make one of my buckets into a Blackhawks one. The other reason is to make stickers for my beer league team. I work at a printshop, so I get free-reign to all the equipment. The only tough part is cutting out the numbers, that just comes down to time and patience.

Thank hum, I appreciate your help. I'm asking about the logo because my team's secondary logo is circular. At the shop we have a die-cut for 1.25" and 1.75", so I think I'm gonna go with 1.75".

You can find Hawks ones online, so you won't have to worry about making those.

The good thing about making them for your beer league team is you can make them whatever size you want, it you have the dies for 1.25" and 1.75" just make some mock ups and see which size looks better on the side of your helmet.

I've got the sticker-stock already, so I might as well just make them too. Gonna take some patient hands to cut around the head dress is all.

Just trynna go closest to what the pros do. I think 1.25" logos will be too small. I thought 1.75" was gonna be too big, but now that I printed it out at the size, it looks fine.

Everything's printed except for the Hawks logo. I did 1.5" numbers for everyone with double digits and 2" for everyone with single digits. Starting to cut the numbers. Prolly won't get to the die-cut logos until Wednesday.

Sorry for the poor quality photos. Here are the finished products. I think the Hawks logo is a bit too big, by about a .25"
