I mean ... Everything is just un stitched not ripped or cut.
Only thing removed is the stitching that attaches.
Both pieces , the glove and the nameplate are all intact without any stitching missing.

If something can be un stitched it can be restricted.
Even the back hand padding is just un stitched.

Hope I've explained it in case it wasn't totally clear.
