Help me out guys - I am upgrading from CCM U+ 09 to.............. CCM U+ Pro reloaded for $250.00 or CCM U+ CL for $400.00. Which would you do? What is the better deal?

Those Reloaded's come with the Rocket Runners I think. That's the only downside to them. Most skate sharpeners hate them 'cause you're supposed to use a different vice on them. They're both great skates, though.
Koivu still uses the older style CCM's. I've noticed a good chunk of players using the CL's recently though.

They are the reloaded version so they do not have the rocket runners or supposedly any of the quality problems of the model from 2008.

Yup, no rocket runners. I had a pair and they were good skates, and I think they are lighter than the CL. Ironic, I know.

I would go with the CL if they fit you better. The CLs are a bit stiffer, and in my opinion better quality.

The technology in the CL's is superior IMO. Very comfortable skate to wear, fits like a glove after baking too

CL are even cheaper than $400 now in the US ........... That be my pick.
