Warrior shoulders question

If you look at the part of the shoulder just under the cap in the pic below there is a strip of Velcro that runs up it....what is that for??? I can't quite figure it out.

How does it work though cause the piece I have just has a strip of Velcro running up it then the cloth strip that hangs off it that would get stitched to the body of the shoulders - there is nothing that would attach to the Velcro??? Is that piece on the full warrior shoulder and since these are just the caps it serves no purpose??

Do you have the Warrior caps still? Check the back of those, that's where the adjusting should come into play.

Edit: I lied, just took a look at the pro Warrior pads, should be a loop on the chest piece (where caps and bicep protector go) it adjusts that way.

Ok that's what I thought - so if I just have the caps then it would be useless, right?

Essentially, yes. You can change the height by where you attach that Velcro to the chest piece.
