BC10 is awesome, same curve as Hossa but the blade is a little taller.  I can catch passes easier with it especially on shitty ice (which in the Dallas area, is mostly what you encounter)

WTB:

Anything Jagr or Tomas Jurco

Dallas Stars Nexus pant, PP90 shell size S or M

Totally agree, had the BC01 Hossa first and didn't like the thin blade ( height ) went to the BC10 Russell and life is good.

Just got my first one two days ago.  Warrior Covert DT1 pro-stock.

Tried it last night and I was a mess with it.

I'm coming from a retail Stamkos w/ a 4 lie.  I had no idea that you need to add height to account for the lie difference...

Even though the stick was the exact same length as my old one, it felt waaay too short.

I just don't know how much length to add!

David Clarkson's new curve.  I usually use a Briere wedge or a P91, so any tips on shooting with this thing?

:headbang: You'll enjoy it.They also do tapered blades ( with 3 different finishes and different lies, although the BC10 is a 5 )  if you just fancy trying the pattern without getting a full OPS ( I actually prefer a shaft/blade combo myself ) I have a few Base sticks/shafts/blades and love them, main stick brand for me.

No, you're probably referring to the Danglegrip tape.  It is pretty much just like skateboard tape, but it gives a pretty good feel and grip on the puck.

http://www.danglegrip.com/

;)

Word of warning, if you have blade covered in, say, Warrior's shark skin finish, it doesn't adhere well.  but if you lightly sand a matte or clear blade, heat the adhesive as they suggest and then let it actually set, its pretty good stuff.
