wood and composite, i have like 8 composite 4 inch ones and different sized wood ones. Each stick or shaft at the time came in different sizes so i just picked whichever made it the perfect height.
now that i dont use shafts and just go full one piece, i have 7 differently sized wood plugs

After about 7 or so shooting sessions, they start to get so loose, i cant handle it.
Any suggestions to make them not get so loose, so fast? I would like to try a composite extension, but i dont want this to happen..

I try my best to stay away from extensions, ive had a couple bad experiences with wood extensions.

I use glue and drywall tape for the real stubborn ones.
Good Idea; Whistling while you work.
Bad Idea; Whistling while you eat.

Use hockey tape. Run it longways on the tenon of the extension, then cake that with glue, heat it up and slide it in. I haven't had a loose extension since I've been doing this trick. You can add as much or as little tape as need to get a snug fit.I try my best to stay away from extensions, ive had a couple bad experiences with wood extensions.

I do the same thing and works perfect
