Happens all the time to me on eBay. Buyers never pay up, all you can do is file a non-paying buyer report. Doesn't do much for you since you have to wait it out and then try again. IMO eBay has given too much power to the non-paying bidder.

 

For the past month I been trying to sell an iPad Mini. Had 3 auctions now and the winning bidder didnt pay for any of the 3.
