Flyers Winter Classic Decals

I work in a pro shop and the majority if my time is taken up with sharpening. That being said I've seen many different types of runners or steels come through the shop. I wanted to know which runners are you not suppose to stone. I know to never stone the black-edge steel but is there any others like step steel for example?

For sale is a pair of Reebok Flyers Lowers. The lowers are a size medium.  They're reebok but I'm not sure what model they're .
