Ended up taking the chance of removing them. Worked out great. Almost no graphics came off. Just used a heat gun.

No clue. But I just wanted to take them off it was easy. sounding like its not though.... so will probably just keep them on.

Just to get the extra weight off. They feel heavier than my old Apx skates
